Elmer Airport Systems is an independent consulting and airport engineering and airline consulting company. Elmer Airports has considerable experience in airport upgrades and construction and was founded in 2001 in order to address the growing requirement for a full service turn-key systems integrator for upgrading, as well as construction of new, airports in Africa and the Middle East.
