  • It is geared to the provision of sustainable service delivery over the short, medium and long-term growth processes of client companies, working with members of the Elmer group
  • It provides quality service to its clients through project management services that meet the current and future needs of the business.
  • It is committed to bringing together compatible partners that will add value to each other and grow the business.
  • It is to be a preferred service provider of solutions necessary for development of sustainable companies, through cost effective project management services and business facilitation by:
  1. facilitating complex ICT and telecoms projects through partnerships;
  2. providing project management services on these programmes on a continuously expanding basis;
  3. to provide solutions and management support for clients;
